Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ViralsMov, including our website, applications, generated outputs, subscriptions, and related services. By accessing or using ViralsMov, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using ViralsMov on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not that activity was authorized by you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are created using false information, shared in an abusive way, used to evade plan restrictions, or involved in activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

ViralsMov offers tools to help users generate commentary-style videos, manage projects, configure voices and layouts, access subscription features, and download outputs. Specific features, workflows, models, background assets, and delivery methods may change over time.

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue any feature or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts according to the plan you select.

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle until canceled. You are responsible for reviewing pricing, included usage limits, renewal timing, and any applicable taxes before purchase.

ViralsMov plans may include limits such as video generation quotas, script character limits, account access boundaries, and other operational restrictions. We may enforce those limits automatically through the product.

Attempts to bypass plan restrictions, abuse free allocations, create multiple accounts for circumvention, resell access without permission, or overload the service may result in throttling, suspension, billing adjustments, or termination.

You retain responsibility for the scripts, prompts, assets, characters, voices, instructions, and other content you submit to the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content and to generate outputs from it.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and suitability of your inputs and outputs, including compliance with intellectual property, publicity, privacy, advertising, platform, and other applicable laws or policies.

You may not use ViralsMov for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, abusive, infringing, harmful, or rights-violating purposes. This includes attempts to impersonate others without authorization, misuse copyrighted material, or generate content that violates law or platform policies.

You may not interfere with the security or operation of the service, reverse engineer restricted portions of the platform, access the service through unauthorized automation, or attempt to probe, scrape, or disrupt our infrastructure.

ViralsMov and its related branding, software, interfaces, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or our underlying technology to you.

Subject to these Terms and your subscription status, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal or commercial content workflows, provided that you comply with all restrictions and payment obligations.

As between you and ViralsMov, and to the extent permitted by law and our provider terms, you may use generated outputs created through your account subject to these Terms, your subscription status, and any third-party rights that may apply to your inputs or outputs.

We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, available indefinitely, fit for any particular platform, or free from third-party claims. Similar or overlapping outputs may be generated for other users.

ViralsMov may rely on third-party providers for payments, authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, AI processing, and other services. Your use of those integrated components may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, pricing changes, or policy decisions made by third-party providers, although we may work to mitigate their impact where practical.

ViralsMov is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case, content strategy, or legal environment.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them, including checking factual accuracy, platform compliance, quality, and legal rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralsMov and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ViralsMov for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ViralsMov and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

This includes claims relating to scripts, uploaded assets, generated outputs, commercial use of content, branding, likeness rights, or misleading or unlawful publication.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or operational risk, failed to pay amounts due, or misused the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, indemnification duties, or restrictions that by their nature should survive.

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and ViralsMov regarding the service unless superseded by a separate written agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
